Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The onespot4u website and services are operated by Connection SHPK, a limited liability company (shoqëri me përgjegjësi të kufizuar) organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Albania, registered with the Albanian National Business Center (Qendra Kombëtare e Biznesit).

2. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the onespot4u website and your purchase and use of prepaid, data-only travel eSIM plans and related support services (the “Services”). By using the website or placing an order, you enter into a distance contract with Connection SHPK and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms are provided in English. Where Albanian law requires, an Albanian-language version will be made available; in case of conflict between language versions for consumers in Albania, the Albanian version prevails.

3. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information you submit is accurate and current.

4. Services and third parties

onespot4u sells prepaid, data-only travel eSIM plans fulfilled through independent eSIM and roaming service partners. The eSIM connects to local mobile networks under roaming agreements held by those partners. Network coverage, available operators, speeds, activation timing, outages, and network management are controlled by those providers and the visited networks, and may change without notice.

Plans are data-only: they do not include a telephone number, voice calls, or SMS. Network names and logos on our website belong to their respective owners; their appearance indicates networks on which partner roaming service is typically available and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

5. Orders, prices, and payment

• You are responsible for checking the plan, coverage region, data allowance, validity period, contact email, device compatibility, and total price before submitting payment.
• All prices, applicable taxes, and fees are displayed before purchase. Prices may change for future orders; changes never affect an order already placed.
• Payment is processed by third-party payment processors. You authorize the processor to charge the displayed total and to perform fraud-prevention and authorization checks. Connection SHPK does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
• An order acknowledgment does not by itself constitute acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, unavailability, processor decline, or legal compliance; any amount charged for a rejected order will be refunded.

6. eSIM delivery and activation

Your eSIM activation QR code and installation instructions are delivered by email, normally within minutes of payment. Delivery or activation can be delayed by a provider, a processor, inaccurate contact information, or a technical issue.

• Activation requires a carrier-unlocked, eSIM-compatible device. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase; see our compatibility guide.
• Unless stated otherwise at purchase, plan validity begins at first connection to a supported network abroad.
• Each eSIM profile can normally be installed on one device once. Deleting an installed profile may make it unrecoverable.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Because eSIM plans are digital services that begin at your request, the following applies, consistent with Albanian Law No. 9902/2008 “On Consumer Protection” and, for consumers in the European Union, Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights:

• Unused plans: you may withdraw from the purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not been installed or activated and no data has been used.
• Used plans: by installing or activating the eSIM, or consuming any data, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Activated or partially used plans are non-refundable.
• If we are unable to deliver a working eSIM and support cannot resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.

8. Fair and acceptable use

Plans are intended for personal use during travel. You may not: use the Services to violate any law; resell plans without written authorization; use a plan for continuous permanent use in a single country in place of a domestic subscription where the roaming partner prohibits it; test stolen payment information; interfere with the security or operation of the website; introduce malicious code; scrape the service without permission; or use the Services to send spam or conduct network abuse. Roaming partners may suspend service for abuse under their own policies. We may suspend access, cancel orders, or report suspected unlawful activity.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you hold under the consumer protection law of Albania (including Law No. 9902/2008), the law of an EU member state where you habitually reside, or other mandatory local law. Where these Terms conflict with such mandatory rights, the mandatory rights prevail.

10. Intellectual property

The onespot4u name, logo, website design, and content are owned by Connection SHPK or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or exploit them without prior written consent, except as necessary to use the Services.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific network coverage, operators, speeds, or delivery times, which depend on third-party networks. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connection SHPK, its affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from a transaction will not exceed the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence under Albanian law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Shkodër, Albania — except that if you are a consumer habitually resident in another jurisdiction, you retain any right to bring or defend proceedings in your local courts and to rely on your local mandatory consumer law.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. Consumers in Albania may also submit complaints to the Consumer Protection Commission (Komisioni i Mbrojtjes së Konsumatorëve).

14. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect orders already placed. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
